The engagement letter and the rights and obligations arising therefrom are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The non-exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes arising in connection with such engagement letter or concerning its validity shall be Hamburg, Germany.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Due to professional regulations (Section 43a (4) BRAO), attorneys are prohibited from representing conflicting interests. Therefore, before a mandate is accepted, we always check whether such a conflict of interest exists.<\/p>\n
